My mom's ceiling collapsed due to undetected water leakage over several months and as a result had to have two thirds of her ceiling replaced. I reached out to one of my fellow residents at the condo where I reside on who would be a good contractor to fix the ceiling and get it back to where it was. She recommended Jeff Havilland and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Jeff answered his phone immediately and within a few days sent a very detailed proposal of the work to be done (and as it turned out, his bid came in a bit lower than the other company we were considering). From start to finish Jeff explained the process thoroughly and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. The ceiling and the molding looked even better than before the leak!
